Acrylic on Canvas 80 cm x 60 cm Private Collection
Nakon napornog dana provedenog u kancelariji, okružena računarima, ciframa, problemima izlazim konačno.
Vreli letnji dan. Sunce ulazi u svaku poru moje kože. Širi mi nozdrve kako bih uhvatila lakse dah. Ali osećam miris slobode. Prži kožu. Peče, ali je još visoko. U zenitu.
Šarenilo boja i blještavost sunca raduje. Dan je dug. Život je lep.

After a tiring day spent at the office, surrounded by computers, numbers and problems, at last, I find myself finally leaving that world.
Hot summer's day. Bright rays enter every pore of my skin. It widens my nostrills, allowing me to breathe more easily. But even then, I feel the scent of freedom. It warms my skin, as if lightly toasting it. It pleasantly burns, but it's still up high. In zenith. It has not yet fallen enough to adorn the sky in its warm, pinkish hues. To feel that, in itself, was a rare occurence for every "office-mouse" such as myself, that could only experience this luxury in summer. Oh, yes, never in the winter, at least, not in my town.
I go to the local green market. Fresh, rouge watermelons on the nearby stand draw in customers with their saccharine fragrance. Vivid colours and the radiant shine of the sun bring a sense of glee to oneself. The day is still long. Life is beautiful.
